Jorge (George) Salas is a guitarist, producer, and educator living in west Texas. He has performed around the US with multiple artists and has recorded as a solo artist and for others.

Jorge has a degree in Commercial Music with Classical Guitar emphasis from University of Texas at El Paso. He has had masterclasses from the greats such as Adam Holzman and Jason Vieaux.

After university, Jorge began releasing solo music. His second single "iLuminar" was a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Contest (ISC). He later joined Damian Isacc Band where he produced 2 albums. The music made it to the Texas Country Music Picker's Charts. A few years later, he auditioned and joined Texas singer Dustin De La Garza. Currently, Jorge focuses on teaching students and enjoys spending time with family.

In education, Jorge has been teaching public school for over 10 years ranging from all ages. He currently teaches High School guitar classes and has received superior awards in competitions.
